$39.95 + $12.99

So I got home tonight and decided to get my costume on for one last look before tomorrow.
I (unlike basically everyone else) am wearing cat ears to work, you know to show my spirit.
But after work I am going to a Halloween party at Alex's.
Everyone will probably be out of costume by the time I get there, but me and Andy are too cool to go costume less as we party.
Andy will be in a power rangers costume(no they don't come in adult sizes) and you can see a little to much Andy if you know what I mean.

OK! So here is the point of me still wearing my costume.
I spent $39.95 on a tube top with a little tutu at the end... that Halloween USA called a dress. Ha.
And another $12.95 for these ruffly boy shorts that still don't cover enough.
So I am instead going with shorts underneath and black heals.
I love Halloween, such a great excuse to look like a complete slut!

Drunken Pumpkin!

My day consisted of school, coming home with a headache, throwing up and feeling better; and carving pumpkins with Brandon.
He picked this huge one at his grandparents farm and it took awhile just to cut through to get the top off. Once we started carving the face we decided to kinda race when cutting out the eyes(not a good idea to do with knives.) and of course I won.
It took a foot tall candle to make it glow.
Finally I volenteered to carve a second pumkin to take to school for a science thing called "Exploding Pumpkins" (it doesn't really explode, you put the pieces you carved out back in and they pop out.) So I made that one look all freaky
and I went to get my mom and noticed Brandon made it throw up :D
To finish off the night Brandon decided to become a fucking one knifed juggler. He only stabbed himself a few times which were mostly my fault because I couldn't catch the picture.
Anyways, making carmal apples and white chocolate ghost with Alex and Andy tomorrow after S.A.D.D. Then me and Alex and Andy and Brandon are going to Plymouth to watch the original Frankenstein.
Work and party of Friday. Cat for work and then changing into this sluty tube top that the costume put a tutu on the bottom of and called it a dress which transforms me into a bumble bee.

NEWbook!

I haven't had a new book in weeks so consequently I have been forced to reread books off my bookshelf.
I reread, Impulse, Chosen, Breaking Dawn and some of Twilight.
Now today I finally got some shit done.
I got my eyebrow ring looked at and changed because I couldn't get it out.
I got an allergy shot.
And I went to Walden Books :D

At first I couldn't find anything that appealed to me and then in the "Humor" section I saw a black book.

I Hope They Serve Beer In Hell
My first thought was the people at work, they love their beer.
I bought it, the back of it also made me want to read more.
Here it is:

MY name is Tucker Max, and I am an asshole. I get excessively drunk at inappropriate times, disregard social norms, indulge every whim, ignore the consequences of my actions, mock idiots and posers, sleep with more women than is safe or reasonable, and just generally act like a raging dickhead. But, I do contribute to humanity in one very important way: I share my adventures with the world.

I guess it is going to be a movie, coming out in 2009.
And my favorite bad boy from Gilmore Girls (Logan) is playing Tucker Max.

Letter to the president.

10033 Inkster Road
Livonia MI, 48150
October 20th, 2008

Mr. President
White House
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue
Washington D.C.

Dear Mr. President,

In both the public and private eye I am known as Carley Hewitt. I am six-teen years old and attend Franklin High School in Livonia Michigan. Yes, Michigan; the state with the worst economic forecast in the country. Yet I don’t want to talk about something that affects my parents rather than me. I would like to discuss a situation I could be put into, and how to keep my current decision my choice.

It is a huge issue in the US. It divides us as a country, democrats and republicans; Christian and non-religious; liberal and conservatives. Pro-life v. pro-choice. I am writing to express my feelings of concern that my choice may be taken away.

Being a teenager in America I understand the beliefs that we preach in church to live a clean and pure life until marriage. I also know as a teenager in a public high school the pressure to have sex younger and younger weighs even heavier than the scripture most read every Sunday. I know that if I were to get pregnant while in high school I would not be able to have the child. I have to much of a future ahead of me to be interrupted with a child.

I do believe that religion often reflects the laws that try to be made and overturned. Most citizens are pro-life because it is against their religion. I sympathize with them, but since I have no religious affiliations I cannot agree with them. If christens and other religions feel it is a sin and wrong, then they should be the ones to not get abortions,; sure, encourage others to have the child and give it up for adoption but don’t amend a law just to fit your personal beliefs and preferences.

In a recent interview with Katie Couric, Sarah Palin gave her opinion on a possible situation to be pro-choice. Couric asked Palin if Palin would still be pro-life if a girl was raped by her father and became pregnant. Sarah Palin responded simply by saying she would council the girl. How is it possible to hear something like that? Incest and rape and encourage the girl to still give birth to her own fathers child. The girls life would be ruined mentally and possibly physically also.

In closing I would like to state that in cases of rape, incest and a simple teenage mistake women and I should have the choice, and it shouldn’t be taken away. We as women have fought to many years to have this right to obtain safe birth control and legal safe abortions. Who has the right to take those advancements away? It would be like taking away women’s right to vote, which we also worked for years.

I would like to thank you for taking the time to read a six-teen year olds rambling on this issue. But you must remember we are an age group that finds this issue very important.

Sincerely yours,
Carley Hewitt

(lots of unorganized rambles... for creative writing class, still waiting for us to start writing creative shit.)

why does it always rain on me?

the girls next door Pictures, Images and Photos
Girls Next Door starts tonight and I have never been more excited :]
I mean I know there is also a new True Blood, but I will watch that later.
I don't know why I love Girls Next Door so much, probably because I am jealous.
I wish I could live in a mansion and have unlimited supplies of money for having blond hair and big boobs.
I mean I would make the required adjustments to my look.
And what else? Sleep with a 80 year old man?
Eh, I suppose age doesn't matter, but that's a little icky.

Driving to Ann Arbor.

Well Andy didn't know how to get there, neither did Alex, so I took a wild guess.
We got to Ann Arbor, but downtown took an extra hour to find.
Once we found it we went to Mongolian BBQ and the StarBucks and some vintage shop in the basement of a building.
It was pretty awesome.

All week I have been asking people how the hell people in MI could possibly support John Mcain.
Well last night on our drive it all became very clear to me.
Every house that had a John Mcain sign in their yard was at least two stories.
They had huge archways above the doors; nevertheless, once we got to Ann Arbor I felt more at home.
Such a libral city, I love it.

Anyways, I am watching TCM, I think my favorite classic is "Funny face", or this one with Joan Crawford and Judy Geeson called "Berserk! "

you know the people on joy road with the huge Obama sign? that would be my grandparents.

Barack the Vote!!! Pictures, Images and Photos

After sitting in class one day not listening I realized something.
In my mind, or perfect world, there wouldn't be a war or racial profiling, gay people would be able to marry, no one would need to argue over who's religion is better, a women would be able to choose whether or not to have an abortion and all with the economy would be peachy.
I wont go on saying I thought all people thought like this, but I never really thought that they didn't think this way either.
I don't understand racist, bible beating Christians and those who think calling someone a fag isn't disrespectful.
I am not very good at organizing my thoughts, but I need to spit it all out anyways.
Here's the question I ask everyday: "Why do some not want the world, or our country at least, to be at peace?"
"Why do people claim all are equal, yet make racist comments and don't allow gay people to marry?"
"Why did women fight all these years for birth control and legal abortions, only for those rights to be taken away?"
"Why must we fight and loose lives, when the terrorist have already been caught?"

idk, maybe I should write a book titled "A 16 Point of View: The U.S. Mind"
ha.

math homework makes me want to shoot myself, in the head.

blah.
Looking for colleges suck.
Keeping grades up sucks.
Watching Brandon fill out applications to school hours away sucks.
I lost my iPod, that really sucks.
I am craving a viewing of Dreamgirls and Walk The Line, can't have it and that sucks.
Tomorrow is a half day, I guess that doesn't suck that much.
